SynthMaker

Make a VST Instrument out of it!

linus ·

I am using Cubase on Windows 11 and I would enjoy working with this physical modeling Synth.

Thanks! I think I'll do it at some point. I might start with a plugin that loads a SynthMaker patch written in SMPL, the text language that can describe a whole synth: from low-level audio code, even analog circuits with transistors, to its front panel. That already works in SynthMaker. What's left is presets, macros and bundling assets. You'd export a .smpatch file from SynthMaker and load it into an AUv3 plugin on the Mac, or a VST on Windows.

It goes on the track you’re editing there, in place of that track’s sound, and into My sounds. Your other tracks stay as they are.
